I just got my 1024 ec and it won't install?

is this because I have 64 bit? is there a solution

Ya it is because of the 64 bit. Not compatible yet. Been on our site or months about this on the product pages of the dongles. i may have a temp fix for you for now. email me butter. james k At elation lighting DOT COM. ok?
