after doing some more research i found that they are not American DJ but something else.

for example ch 1-3 is RGB, ch4 is color macros ch 5 is dimmer?

do you or anyone else every skype or do chats for support?

you should already have a RGBD profile in the generic folder. when you get to the scan library there is a folder named _generic. the RGBD profile should be in there.
