Live Footage to LEDs

Hi,
First post and I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I am using WS2811 Addressable LED strips RGB and I want to be able to display a live feed onto the matrix I have deisgned. Can anyone tell me what hardware I would need to make this work? In total I have just under 1400 LEDs.

Im thinking the setup would be - Laptop -> LED Controller -> DMX -> LEDs

But what Controller and DMX would be best?

Hope someone can help.
