Lost many option in Live 2002 - getting access error

Hello

I went to run my compulive 2002 today and out of no where i lost almost all option. I cant do pretty much anything except control the current pages i have in here.

when i go to make or delete a page it tells me i dont have "access"

any help would be awsome!
