Magic 260 vs DMX Operator Pro

New to the forum, my apologies if this is a repeat post. I have 4 Martin MX-1 and 2 Martin MX-4 lights...I also have 6 standard bulb par cans that run on a DMX dimmer pack. Recently purchased the elation software, and have decided I prefer the old school board controller. Based on my lighting package, can't decide between these two boards. Definitely want joystick- which both have. Just want to make sure par cans can be easily programmed to chase to music as well. Advice needed please.
