Magic Elation 260 Issues

we've just purchased a Magic Elation 260 Consolo to run 8 LED Par Cans and 4 IMG Stage Line Twist 25's, Having followed the manual for the desk we have got no where and nothing seems to want to work.

Any tips/advice/suggestions on where to start and how to get it up and running?

Do you have the profiles for these fixtures in your library? If not, that will be the first step.
