Master Fader Magic 260

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me I am trying to create a profile for the magic 260 and I am trying to set the master fader to only dim the dimmer channel but whatever I do it will fade every channel to 0, what do I need to do?

hello,

stupid question but:
did you select the proper 'Master Channel' when creating the profile?
there is 'all channels', 'none' and 'channel 1...x'

On the right side of the left side of the fixture edit screen there is a window labled "Master Channel." Uncheck all the boxes in that window except the channel which is the dimmer channel of your fixture.
