Ok Here you go.

A few notes though.
The .ssl2 files have all the channel modes in the single file whereas the .ssl will have a different file per each channel mode.
for the 252's I only included the color chase 3 channel mode as the 3 channel and 9 channel modes can be achieved by using the _Generic RGB profile either once or "number of fixtures 3" per individual 253 fixture you have. Make sense?
also the .ssl the "white" channels might not show up very well but you should still be able to access them in the editor.
I think that is all. any questions let me know.
Sincerely,
Ok - after spending the evening with the new version release of compu show, I've come to the conclusion I'm going to need to stick with the 2006 version. The newer software seems much more powerful, but I sold my clients on the "ease of use" aspect of the old software. The newer version is just too complicated to learn and time-consuming to program for novices.

Honestly, that's why I've continued to push the 2006 version of the software in my sales - it's just so easy to learn and use. I'm not complaining about the new software, it's great!!! I just can't sell it to my clients with the elevated level of programming complication. 2006 is just so easy to learn and use.

Next I tried editing my own profiles. I'd become somewhat proficient with the old editor, but I'm totally lost with the new one. There didn't seem to be any instruction in the new manual (maybe I missed it) and I couldn't find any videos or anything on youtube. So if you could, I need some adjusted profiles to what you sent me today.

I need ssl files, not ssl2 files.

Blizzard Puck Q12A 7 Profile:
-Great! Exactly what I need.

Blizzard Flurry Q Profile
-the 12ch_mode 2 is a 7 channel profile that doesn't work in 12ch mode

-the 12ch_mode 1 works fine, EXCEPT it doesn't have any control over the white led (Chan 9). If we could add a slider for the white led, it'd be great

Blizzard ColorStorm 253
-the chase mode 3ch has no RGB color wheel - the only control I really need other than shutter.

So if you could help me with these two profiles, it'd be a HUGE help! Thank you!!
Well bummer about not using compu show. It has so much more you can do with it. Like a palette system. Frowner Oh well it's your choice.

Profile:
Good glad you like the Q12A.
The mode 2 was 7 ch and mode 1 was 12 ch. I've made sure the white fader shows up in compu live now. There will be a link at the end of this post.
The colorstorm 3 channel chase mode was just that; The 3 channel profile for built in chases, IE no color control options for RGB. so you can use a generic RGB profile for 3 channel RGb mode. Or if you want to use 9 channel which is just 3 segment RGB control then just patch in a generic RGB profile as "3 fixtures" per 252 fixture you have. does that make sense? It works out better that way as like I said over the phone I cannot make a single profile with multiple RGB channels in it. the .ssl format doesn't allow for it. however the .ssl2 for compu show does Wink
Here is a new zip for you.
