We've purchased 4 Blizzard PUCK3 Led Par cans to DMX to a Show Designer 3 board. I haven't been able to find any profiles at all for the board for these lights and when plugged in, the lights just flash. The only thing you can control are the speed of the flashes. I've downloaded the SD2D Library Creator to try creating my own profile and have been able to transfer what I created over to the board, but it has zero effect on controllability. Could someone please help with this problem and maybe even create a working profile? Or is it a no go for these lights? Also, are there any settings on the board that may need to be changed in conjunction to the light settings? The lights are set to channel 1, DMX input 3. The fixture setting the lights are assigned to on the board are set to those parameters. Thank you for the help!
