Need help badly with Magic 260 controller

Had this controller for around a year and its always worked great.
Until I Got to a gig recently and it had nothing in it.
NO fixtures, scenes or shows at all.

Lights just had to cycle naturally the entire show.

So Im at home trying to re do everything
but im having trouble. I have the lights set up and im trying to add them as fixtures.

I do this
menu
choose fixtures > enter

Itype is set to "no fixture" when I scroll wheel 2 nothing happens. It doesnt go through anything. I dont think the wheel is damaged in any way.
I need to tell it I have 4 lights im running 16 channel but I cant get there.

Do you have the Elation U-Link cable? If so, I can send you the complete library so you can attempt to reload it.
