hello, i tried both versions of profiles in the library. they do not work. i know the track spots work. i inherited responsibility for these fixtures. the fixtures had been controled using Hog3 and another brand, (im not sure what), of interface for control and have been working fine for the last few years. they were working fine on the other setup as of this past sat night. i started working with them this monday and cannot make them function properly with the profiles from the library, and i do have the latest download of the library update already. any ideas? thanks a bunch, have a good day!!!!

Those two profiles have been tested on the fixture. They work. Can you elaborate on how they do not work? Also do you maybe have trackspot 2's?
