Hello! I need to get a profile for a Lightwave Research Trackspot fixture. I believe it may also be marketed by High End Systems. This fixture is a seven channel scanner. Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon, can you tell me which version of the software you are currently running? If you go to top of your page to the ? > About it will give the revision date of the software.
I noticed a few TRACKSPOT profiles in my version of COMPU LIVE. If you add a page and select the HIGH END folder in your Scanlibrary
there are quite a few 7 Channel Trackspot profiles. If by chance your version of the software does not contain these profiles you can download the latest version of the software or I email these profiles to you directly. If there is a difference in the traits you can send me an email to support@elationlighting.com with the DMX traits and we could have a profile created for you. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks RC! I did see those profiles just wasn't sure if there was a specific one to use. Unfortunately I wont be able to get on these things till day of show but was hoping i might be able to find a way to practice on the viz. Ill track down the owners manual pdf and see if I can get specific model numbers. But in the meantime Ill try what you suggest.
