'New' PS 5R doesn't match 'Old' PS 5R

Hi - I've got 4 Platinum Spot 5R's, and one went to Elation for repair (faulty focus) - but instead of repair, it was replaced with a version 1.1 'new' fixture. Unfortunately, it's focus, speeds, and such do not match the other 3 (version 1.0) models I have. I saw in the onboard menu a setting to have it operate like a version 1.0 unit, and I turned that on, but I don't see any difference - it's still 'out of whack' compared to the others. (Not bad, just doesn't match the others when it comes to movement, alignment, speed, etc.)

Is there a way to 'upgrade' the firmware on my 3 version 1.0 units? Thank you.

hello, you can not upgrade the 1.0 to 1.1
please make sure you are confirming when you set the mode to 1.0. please check if not give support a call at 323-213-4953 thank you
