New SD1 and SD3 updates

There are new software updates for the SD1 and SD3. The SD1 update adds some new Elation and ADJ lights. The SD3 update adds a feature that lets you assign any fixture channel to the grand master. Before it was limited to one dimmer channel per fixture. This helps with RGB fixtures that have no dimmer channel. I also rewrote the SD3 manual to make it easier to understand.
