No Control on Chan 01

Working with a new Magic 260 and do not have any control of Channel 1 on any of the fixtures. The dial works for other settings but in the fixture mode it does not change the value. The rest of the dials work and the fixtures respond appropriately. Am I missing something or do I have a bad controller?

What profile are you selecting from the library?

Can you select a generic profile and try to recreate the same problem? You have four generic profiles to choose from (4 channel, 6 channel, 8 channel and 16 channel).

Right now I am using all generic profiles.

I learned that if the master slider is all the way to 10 then channel 1 works.
