Non-responsive interface

Hi Guys:

I have been using the Compuware Club 04 software for quite sometime now. Today, I turned everything on; but noticed there was no response from the interface (none of the lights showed indicating, usb,power or dmx). I checked the power cord which operates fine with another piece of equipment, and even changed the USB cable to a new one...still no power. What I would like to know is:

1: Is this something that happens with time because of the length of time I have used the software?
2. Is there a manual reset?

3. Can it be repaired or is it time to purchase a new one.

hello,

it sounds like it might have been burnt out through one of the power ports. if the unit isn't coming on at all then there is possibility that it is completely burnt out. unfortunately this unit has been discontinued for some time now and we no longer support it. my recommendation would be to get a new interface.
