Par64 LEDs are not grouping

I am new to the elation software,and I am trying to set up all my fixtures. I have the pages set up and I started to group my fixtures. Following the instructions in the manual, I was able to group my scanners, but I am having problems with the led par cans. The groups are set up, and when I choose the stage left cans I can assign a color to them. The problem comes when I switch to the stage right cans and assign a different color to them. Instead of having two separate colors, all the cans assume the stage right value.

As I said this only happens on the led cans. I am using the American dj par64 led profile.
Please help.

Hey welcome to the forums. First off your email is posted i urge you to change that that way you don't get spam or extra spam. bots do scan these forums for email addresses. so you might wanna change that.

The fixture grouping option was never a perfect function. I Personally never use it. The reason for that is it saves the data to your fixture page and holds it there. so if you were trying to override a color or a gobo on the fly for all your fixtures and you had a certain gobo saved from using the fixture grouping option then that gobo will only over ride the fixtures you selected when you saved it in the grouping option. i would just use scenes to program my looks and not mess with grouping function.
