Password Problems, I need help ASAP!

Hey guys. I have a problem with my password permissions. I set my password for protection, put it into beginner mode and now my password doesn't work to get back into the expert screen. Any ideas? Is there a default password I can use?

Hey welcome to the forums. when you made the password did you have Protection when you enter the correct password selected? Or Protection when you enter an invalid password?

OK cause i tested this on my compu and it works fine. So go back into protections and enter in a blank password. Or is it not letting you log into the software at all?

I will try it. Im able to log into the software fine. It opens up in beginner mode and will not let me switch users under the "change user" selection. I disabled the beginner to be able to swap to expert.

If you to "Controller" You don't see an option for expert mode?? should be there.

I did not have the option. All that was there was "Change user" or "exit" I just restored my computer back to yesterday's date and I had everything. So, it's all fixed, but it was still kind of weird the way I lost all of my options.
