Platinum HFX Lamp Buzz

Hi there,

Would love to get some suggestions on how to fix this problem.

My elation platinum hfx that is hanging in my venue has a brand new lamp just put into it. Since installation is has started buzzing loudly while it is lamped on. The sound seems to be coming from the lamp/housing and goes away when the fixture is tilted up at the roof.

What could cause this problem and how do I fix it?

Seems like something is hitting the fan from inside, open it up and take a look and place anything loose back in it's spot. OR when you have it open, give our service department a call.
