Platinum Spot 5r Advance Mode Shutter issues | Elation Lighting Forums

All 6 of my 5r PSpots work great in standard mode, but when I have them in advanced mode the shutter channel STROBE features aren't working right. I can't seam to get anything but the random strobe to even work. Any one else have this issue or have any ideas?

that sounds like the profile on your controller is set up wrong....what controller are you using?

I am having the same issue with my fixtures. It's not a controller issue because i've tried with multiple controllers. Currently my main controller is a Jands Vista T2. I've patched in the extended mode fixture and the strobe doesn't work. I've also patched in 24 generic dimmers to control it that way, but no luck.

When I use the basic or standard modes, everything works fine. So it looks to be an issue with the fixtures extended mode itself. Any ideas?
