the AV person left and I now inherited the support of the Elation Platinum spot 3 gobo lights. i have 4 lights and 2 transmitters 1 is green and the other is red and the lights do not turn on or move. see pics...the lights itself are blinking as well. Not sure what to do?

hi John, can you clarify, are the units turning on but you have no control via wireless?? i noticed the display are flashing meaning the units are NOT receiving data. i would try re-synching the transmitter /receiver first. if not successful hard wire the unit and retest.

correct we have no control and the lights to not illuminate any light, see blinking lights on the lights itself.
ok, then please try re-synching the transmitter/receiver. if not successful then hard wire from controller to light and test.
thanks for the help. after reading the suggested manual I was able hold down the function button the receiver and they reestablished a connection.
