please help doggle stop working

i was just using my compu live with the news up date.. i turned off my computer for a little bit then when i went to turn it back on my doggle wont get a signal says that there is no dmx interface detected i tryed a couple of time reseting the computer and no luck
please help

Did you try going into device manager and re doing the drivers? It's fairly easy.

Great. Also remember don't boot your PC with the dongle plugged in. Always make sure you give you PC time to finish it's boot up process before you plug in the dongle after starting your PC.

what about shut down ? can you leave the doggle plugged in and do a full shut down ?

Ya. Shutdown is really up to you. I have left it in during shutdown. So you can do either way.
