Looking for advise about Satura profile moving heads, got 4 of them on my rig at the same time with other wash and spots from elation few years ago, I really like this brand so far.
After few months Satura started acting strange, first one failed outputting lite until I took it down on the floor for troubleshooting, as soon i plugged power in, I got light output and there was nothing else to troubleshoot. So I installed it back on place and changed power and signal cables, got it work for a day. then same no light output no matter what I do, unless I take it down.
After having hard time with 1 fixture, I had 3 left, then lost another and another, only one working left)
but if I take I down it works perfectly, doesn't like to be upside down(
