saving shows

do you save the ssh file before or after adjusting the windows positions? I do know when someone sends me a ssh file from their show it adjust the windows to how they had it saved so it should work.
Also what release date of compu live are you using and what model interface do you have?

I save the ssh file after adjusting the windows and setting scenes. Just tried again with no luck. The release date is Dec 13 2010. I don't know how to identify the interface model.

At the top of the compu live program you will see controller, page, buttons, windows, language and then a "?". click the "?" and click on about. It will tell you the version date but will also display in red text the model interface such as for example, 1SL1024EC.

But I can send you updated version dates for both Compu live and compu show. Compu show will be the latest beta release as it has the most fixes etc and the latest compu live might have a bug fix where the window positions will save. I am not sure if that was a bug in the dec release of compu live. Let me know what you want and I will link you to file downloads. The latest compu show beta is not on the elation website. I am the only that has it.
