Can you set a phasing effect on these chases? or would you have to individually set movements in order to get a phasing effect (ie. on a circle movement)

The SD2 doesn't have that feature, only on the SD3. You would have to make your own chase, step by step on the SD2.
I've never tried this but I think it would work. You can run up to 8 chases so you could make 8 scenes that only contained a factory chase for 1 fixture. You could then start each scene with a slight delay between each to get the offset. The SD2 would need to be in add mode so that the chases would stay on. You could use a show to start the scenes with the desired offset between each scene. Turn looping off on the show.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. But im having some issues with my factory chases as well. Was running v1.19 and upgraded to v 1.20 on my SD2 CF. Factory chases are not found... No idea if I have to redownload them? Im trying to just do simple color chases with some led and simple dimming/chasing effects with pars. Can this even do that?
I also have some LED Color Flex id like to scroll a rainbow effect through it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

The factory chases on the SD2 only do pan tilt patterns. They are built into the software so there is no download for those.
