what is the cause when some playback fader switches are effecting other fixture channels that were not program to those fader switch? is this a console issue or dmx cable noise (interferance)

glen, welcome to the forums. We have a dedicated Show Designer series forum section for you to post in. I will move this post to that section for you this time however it is important for you to post there in the future as our SD engineer Ken only gets emails when someone replies or makes a new post in the SD series section, nowhere else on the forums would he know you posted about the show designer.

One possible reason would be if there is some overlap between fixtures in your DMX patching.
