Don't know whats up with this. I upgraded to 2006 software on a new computer and the interface won't accept the drivers. It keeps telling me cannot install hardware. It is going in a Acer FV Windows XP, 32Bit. Old computer is no longer operational. please help!

Model Number is rubbed off. It is Blue in color and has one DMX out on the one side and remote, Power, and USB connector on the other. Hope that helps. The serial number is all I see clearly.
