Some stage lights are on but board is off

I have a Elation Scene Setter and its been working fine. Every now and then when I come in a few of the stage lights are on but the board is off. If I turn the boad on I cannot control these lights to adjust them or turn them off. I must go to the circuit breaker pannel and trip the breaker to the lights. This does the trick but whats going on......

It sounds like your Fade or Speed time is set to the slowest possible. Please check that. Thanks.
