Strobing function Venue LED 64

I am using Compulive software and Venue64 LED par cans. I've tried using several profiles. Channel # 5 is the strobing channel. I cannot get the lights to strobe on the 3D visualizer. Haven't been able to try the actual lights yet. Any ideas. The lights just won't strobe. Thanks

That's probably just a slight profile error. It will still strobe on the actual fixture.
