USB DONGLE

Good evening, I have installed Compulive on my new laptop as a back but the bad thing is I can't get the USB Dongle to work on it no matter what I do. I am using Windows 7 so i dont know if its a problem within Windows

.

On a brighter note I did buy the DMX Operator Pro

yay.

Any recomndations on what I'm doing wrong. I tried to load it off the disc and no luck I have tried to download it off the website and no luck.

Can you tell me which interface you have? If it is a 1024EC or 2048FC it will not work on windows 7 64 bit. Let me know.
