I will p/u my new version 1024ec tomorrow, just shipped from California. What will be the version date?

I downloaded from the website to practice and it is Nov 2008. Will the install disc be that version and if not should I download that one for my laptop to use.????

it should be the same. you don't need to worry about installing the disc.

In fact all you really ned to do is just plug the dongle in wait a min or two and start the software and you should be good to go. just connect your DMX lines.
