Visualizer issues?

I am new to Compu Show (considering purchasing) and I would like to know if it's normal for the visualizer to incorrectly display the output from the light fixtures. I have tried the martin EFX 600 and the scorpion RBFX laser and the output is not shown correctly. The EFX 600 beams do not even move. Is this something I can fix myself or is this something within Easy View?

I really like compu show for the way it saves FX in scene's. I doesn't just generate "steps" from the FX, it actually saves the FX so you can adjust them later (I think). I haven't found this in an easy(er) to use format than Compu Show, but I'm still just getting familiar with the interface.

I just wish there were better tutorial videos on youtube. They all seems very basic (1-2 fixture tutorials rather than for power users).

Anyway, can anyone give me guidance on the Visualizer.

hello,

the visualizer on the compu show software isnt really the best to use when programing. its just as a guideline to help you set up your show. we do have the polar capture software that will do what you want it to do. you might want to look into that.
