I have never tried type 2. I would stick with type 1. The SD2 and SD3 only support up to 2G using FAT16. Lately there have been problems getting some newer cards to work. The SD3 doesn't use ATA or IDE mode but rather a more direct memory mode that is part of the CF standard developed by SanDisk. The SD3 also uses 5V. CF cards are supposed to work with both 5V and 3.3V but sometimes I wonder if all cards cover every situation like they are supposed to.

hi again sir still having troubles on installing fixture personality of imove 1200 moving heads for elation sd3.
imove 1200 is a product of acme.
I have submitted a new zip file that you will be able to download that has this fixture in the Acme folder. I will post another message here when it is available.
