I have 4 x-move LED units and the color and gobo pallets are not correct. The red displays green at the light.
Another issue I have is when I set up a scene with the x-move's, I have to manually select the shutter open for the light to display it's pre-selected color. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks again.

Explain to me how your are creating scenes. what's your method? Personally it is easier to just hit INIT and then hit the new scene button select empty in the window that comes up. and link all channels to the easy step function and then select OK+Edit. And then the scene edit window pops up and thee you have all your faders and can start programming your fixtures. Let me know.
Sincerely,
I think I see what is going wrong....

In 3D view, when I programmed the scenes before all lights were connected to the computer, the lights displayed the beam. This happened even if I did not select the shutter open. I will have to go into all of my scenes and redo the shutter open edit.

I will let you know how it works. The pallets are still wrong. I'm using a Toshiba Satelite laptop w/ 2.8 Gig pentium 4 w 2 gigs of ram.

Thanks

There was only one profile available for the x-move. It uses 7 channels.

Just so you understand about the color pallet. We tested all the x-move, par 64 pro leds, and Galaxians, before continuing with assembly of the light show. The lights all synched with no problem.

When I tried all the buttons manually, on the x-move's only, the color selections did not match what was being displayed at the light.

I don't have access to the lights at this time but I will give you all the block selections on the computer and the light output displays. Also the same for the gobos.
