Rockingham, Here is a link to download the ssl2 file for the ADJ Dekker LED. you'll notice that the new library creator allows for me to create numerous modes for the fixture and save all of them within one file

FYI: Mode 1 is 8 channel, mode 2 is 2 channel. If you have anymore question at all please let me know.

will there ever be a profile created for the Venue laser? the generic laser doesnt seem to allow for the features that the Venue laser has. or is there a way to use/edit the generic laser profile in a way that will bring out the features that the Venue lasers are capable of?

You don't have a Venue Lighting folder in your Scan Library?

yep there is a venue folder but the only profile inside is an led par 38. so anyway, i dropped the profile from your link into the folder and i can call the venue laser up in the easy 3d but when i try to add a new page in the compu show, the venue laser isn't there, just the led par 38. i even closed out and rebooted. i CAN see the venue laser in the scan library editor, however. i think i need a little primer on the scanlibrary editor. it's as frustrating as it is cool and it's VERY cool! cant wait to see the manual for it. it looks like with the right laser profile a moon base could be destroyed!

Ahh that's right. I sent you ssl. You need ssl2. Let me convert it and I'll send it over in a little bit.

lol...yep i figured it out just about the time you reposted. a simple rename to change the file format works. but i have another question. how do i get a Korg nanoKONTROL to control the fixtures manually? and can i see that displayed in the easyview 3d? (well, that's two questions)

Gray00 is a colleague of mine – we are working together on this project so expect similar posts by both of us. Allow me to give you a little background on what we are trying to accomplish.

We have a small truss with some ADJ Products (FX Bars, Quad Gems, The Dekker) thanks for the SSL2 for the Venue Lasers, will try those out next week. We used a generic profile and were able to get some of the channels working, but the XY axis didn’t seem to do much.

We also have an Elation Dimmer Pack the DP DMX20L. We couldn’t find a profile for it, so we used something generic. If you have a profile for us, please let us know. The Dimmer pack just fires different lights for us. At one point we assigned a Midi device to it using the a Korg nanoKONTROL. We can see the fader move up and down while creating a scene, but once that happened we lost channel One. Very odd.

Something we really need help with, and this is why I Purchased the CompuShow SD – we play along with a sequencer. We were hoping to use Easy Show, import the wave file, and paint the different lanes in Easy Show with Scenes. But we have not been able to accomplish this. It’s either very new to us, or we just don’t know how to use Easy Show. Would a Tech support call and a walk thorough be possible?

Hi I was wondering if there has been a Manual made yet for Compu Show. I have tried to watch the youtube videos to help me with my problems but the thing is they are all in compu live... not compu show. . . so if someone could please send me a PDF of the manual that would be a huge help, these videos arent helping. I need a way to make chases with steps. This is very essential to my work because i use this program at my job and not having a manual to help me learn is hindering me from moving forward with my work
