Thank you as usual. Any sooner would greatly help as we have a gig using the lights & software Friday. So all our programing will be done on Thursday evening & into the late night.
I'll owe you a Starbucks if you can pull it off. I have tried on ebuilder but with no success.

On Mac go to ../Users/user/Emulation/common/personalities/User
Place the chauvet .xml in the user folder.
I think that is the exact path, I'm a Windows user haha
noe open the program and go to patch and scroll to the bottom of the manufacturer list until you see {User}Chauvet. your file is labeled LEd par 64 TRI you have a choice of 3 or 7 channel modes.

Not sure if it may help, but I patched in the Chauvet par 64 -36 thats in the inventory & I do have RGB control & the lights will work for me. Im could use the patch though for the other Macro channel & the Strobe/Speed.

OK, when I replaced the Chauvet Par 64-36 to the new patch & hit OK, the system crashed twice in a row..
Your move, lol...
Either way, Im super happy as I do still have RGB control on not really planning to do any strobing (country act). So nothing to worry over.

I have 1.03 build 25 for Mac OS

Good try but no luck. Now running Version 1.03 BUILD 26 For Mac OS.

Replaced instrument with the new {USER} CHAUVET file & it crashes once I hit the OK key.

Yes. I see that now it does it on mine. My apologies. Just remove them and then re patch. Should work.

James, I tried the fix but when I paste the new Chauvet file into the USER folder It replaced the Venue fix we added earlier this week. So instead of copying & pasting, I droped teh Chauvet file on the desktop, opened the USER folder, & dragged & dropped the Chauvet file in the folder, (now both are there).
Now when I go back to patch, all the instruments are gone from the patch sheet. EMPTY.
I had to go back, clear the folder, replace the Venue file fix, & then add in the Tri lights as Chauvet Par 64-36, 3 channel RGB to be able to use them. Not sure if I need to add another folder or put the Chauvet file somewhere else.

ok, Ya always drag and drop don't copy and paste lol.
I have No idea how the instrument section got empty. Seems pretty weird. so now the tri pars are only working in 3 channel mode? Also always save a copy of your show file to your hard drive.

Yes the Tri pars are only working on 3 channel RGB. I cant do srtobs with them as of now.
Ill retry the drag & droping into the USER folder again, in a few & let you know if it works this time.
