Anybody in her know how long time it takes for a requested profile to be ready. I requested one to my new Involight MH127B late in july

Greetings, which controller also please confirm where you sent the request.
I use the universal usb and lightjockey version 2.95 build 1.
I requested the profile at elation support by filling out an LightJockey Fixture Request form

Thx ,but still haven't got any profile.....or if its not sent by e-mail where did u put it......also looked in the profile Library under Involight
