I'm going to make the profile for you. I'll post a link for you to download the updated chauvet.xml file before the morning.
Are you on Windows or Mac? Let me know as it will help me give you proper directions for using the file I will send.
Also please be aware there is a dedicated Emulation forum thread located HERE.
In the future I ask that you request profiles or ask emulation related questions in that forum section.
I'll be moving this thread to that section after I post this.
Sincerely,
Just as soon as you are able eould be fine. I have events usually every Thursday-Sunday. But I appreciate your time and effort on this. I am new to the DMX software world. Slowly understanding it...this is a bot off topic but maybe you know off hand. On the Chauvet Colordash Batten how do I get the light to strobe in different colors thru the Emulation software? If I need to start another post/forum on that let me know please. Thank u so much!
ok here we go.

now if you still have builder installed go to your mac hard drive then your mac user name, then elation, emulation, common, personalites, user. or if not that it is very similar (sorry windows user here and i can never remember the exact right path for Mac) Smiler
Now after it is in the user folder. Open emulation and then hit patch until you see the manufacturer list and then scroll to the very bottom of the list until you see "[User] Chauvet" click on it. Then find the "6Spot" profile it should be just a few down from the top of the list. click on it and then select how many fixtures to patch just like you would patch any other fixture.
Now a couple notes about the profile. I was trying to make it so that way you had "subs" and could select the color from the color fader in the color fix part. but it kept crashing on me. So, all 6 channels of the pods control are in the custom part and the macros (which to get individual control of the heads needs to be on macro 000)
so just click through all the programmer parts to see what you have access too. Let me know if you have any questions or issues.
Sincerely,
