Exactly what is your problem?

Do you have a controller? What is the controller? Are you using DMX cabling? Do you have a DMX terminator?

Are you having addressing issues? Are you in the right mode?

I think with a better description of your problem, someone would be able to provide better assistance for you. I'm no expect on this fixture but I think I could help from reading the manual.
