Saving a scene as non-chase?

Hi!
I recently purchased a SS 48, great board. One thing I could not figure out was how to save a scene as a static/non chase
scene - just the units saved "on" with their respective levels. Doing a TV show...

hello Roh,
when in the recording process, record each scene as a step first. this will allow you to then set that one static scene/step in any one fader from 25-48. if you have tried this already with no success, check your mode and make sure you are in 1-48 single when recording. if you have anymore questions on this, please feel to contact me at 1-800-322-6337 ext.560
