Sublite 2 is not detected and just turn on 1 red light

I been trying to use sunlite 2 but i disconnected the USB cord from the computer and when i plugged back in the interface just turned on the right light, is not blinking and my computer is not even detecting when i plug in the USB cord,

Hello, Sunlite Suite 2 is sold and support by Nicolaudie america, you will have to contact them as Elation hasn't been a distributor for Sunlite in a long time.
