5R Pro Calibration

Having trouble with my new 5R Pros not being calibrated correctly. The focus on the 3 of the 4 do not go as far as they need to go in order to make the tiny beam's with a crisp focus. Its as if the channel value needs to go past 255 in order to focus correctly.

Tried the calibration settings on the menu but they didn't do anything.

Bump.

Definitely still having problems with these brand new fixtures. At this point it's almost ruining the show with it's inconsistencies.
