Another DMX Controller - Midi Foot Controller Question

I've done several searches here and finding that several controllers will interface with midi but most seem to receive only note numbers. Will any of the Elation controllers receive midi program change from a foot controller or do they only receive note number commands? If any do receive midi program change I'd like to know which model numbers. Thanks!
