AR-32C Driver

Hi

I have a AR-32C

However after i download the driver and software rar file from your
website , i still facing problem :
USB driver for ncw_dmx20 is not correct. When try to run AR-32 software
have this error: Can't Load ft8u245.dll

And i running 64-bit Windows 7 , can you send me compatible driver to me ??

I realize this is an older post, but I was wanting to use an AR-32rm for an install job to have a few lighting scenes to recall. Everything was going good, but now I don't have the ncw_dmx20 driver. Is there a way I can get that?

Are you installing this on a newer computer Sir? What version of Windows is installed on it if so (32/64 bit)?

I've tried using a windows 7 computer running 64bit and windows vista in 32bit. The 32 bit computer seems to respond better, but neither seems to have the correct driver for the AR-32.
