Chauvet Profiles

SD1 doesn't use profiles, the fixtures list is internal.

The fastest and easiest thing for you would be to make a quick profile using the modify fixture menu on the SD1. You can create your own fixture profile by selecting something similar to what you want and modify the settings to match the new fixture. Use copy if you need more that one.

I've written fixture profiles with mixed results. Is there a place to post or upload *.sdf files? I'd like to compare mine to others as well as figure out my mistakes. I'm currently working with SD3 and the fixtures include Chauvet Q-Spot 560LED, Q-Wash 560ZLED, COLORado 2 Zoom Tour and COLORado Batten 72 Tour.

Go to the SD3 product page on the Elation web site and download the zip file with all the profiles. There should be a new one up in the next few days. The one on there now is from last year.
