recently purchased compu cue and installed compu show but I am not able to make them work.

interface shows: green light blinking fast, steady yellow light and red light blinking fast.

compushow: the new USB drivers may not be compatible wiht older software versions. may need to upgrade easy stand alone 28 october 2008

also: unable to open midi output "M7CL" for writing midi data
after I get these message, compu show starts in demo mode and then it freezes..

sorry for the delay on the responce. I have a couple steps for you to help clear up the connection issue between your CompuCue and Show.... first, reset your computer so no other programs are running and update to the current beta update of CompuShow

If this does not clear up the issue, try updating the firmware. You do this by locating the compushowbeta folder on the C-Drive...open it and there will be a "Tools.exe" double click it. Should launch and check for updates. Note: CompuShow must be NOT running for this to work properly. I sujest a computer restart again prior to the update to verify Compu is shut down.
