Damaged files

Hi, so for compu Live you can search the computer for a .ssh file and that could be a backup of the programming. You would then open compu live software and go to "Controller" then open an existing show, it will ask you to save the current show, just say no, then it will open a window where you can navigate to where you found the .ssh file you searched for earlier and try loading it.

First, check if you have any backups or if your software has a recovery option. If not, reach out to the manufacturer’s support or the community here for specific help. If recovery isn’t possible, you might need to manually recreate the presets.
