Design 60 segment always on, and unresponsive

I have 12 of these units, and three of them now have a problem with the smaller sections that make up the light. Some of the LEDs are always lit, and unresponsive to DMX commands. We had this problem when first installed, and our vendor said it was and easy fix -- replacing a driver chip. Well, he is now out of business, and our local Elation dealer didn't pick up the fixtures for repair three times. I can do repairs, and even do a local buy of driver chips.
