Design Spot 250/ Tilt Error03

HI Guys I'm new hear , I been having a tilt error on my Design Spot 250
every time i start up the fixture it does its reset and rite when its about to finish to get into position the head seems to be stuck and bounces up and down smiler a vibration motion and its very loud.

i would appreciate it if i would get some help

there is a possibility that the main pcb needs to be replaced. the main pcb controls pan and tilt.
