DS 250 / 250 Pro - Gobo Wheels DMX Traits

I just picked up a few of the DS250-Pros and a few of the DS250s. I was programing them with the Hog4 and having an issue with both of the Gobo wheels. I have checked and double checked the Elation website and on the DMX traits has the gobos, then gobo shake. However when I use the Display Value on the fixtures and then adjust the channels that the gobo wheels are on when the gobo is centered doesn't match what the DMX chart. Is this something that has changed? Is this a problem with my lights? On the Fixtures they are running version 1.3
